Welcome to the official site of the Vestal Recreational Youth Soccer Association. 

We are a youth soccer organization whose goal is to provide opportunities and education for the players' development of individual skills, good sportsmanship, teamwork, the fun of the game, and healthy competition for boys and girls in the greater area of Vestal, N.Y.  

VRYSA teams play a series of 8-10 games in which skill development is to be emphasized and no scores are kept.

Walk in registration has ended but you can still register online or for
additional info, check the signup notice or contact a club officer.

Aug 6, 2008: Coaches Night at 6:00PM in the Vestal Library
Aug 1, 2008: Invitation mail sent to all coaches informing of the upcoming events (get one here if you haven't yet)
July 31, 2008: First possible day of practices Aug 9th.
The first set of games will be scheduled for Aug 23rd.
There will be no games on Labor Day weekend.
Players/Parents/Guardians/Coaches contact the league with any problems.
July 23, 2008: Email sent out to coaches notifying of upcoming events and dates
May 2008: A new season is about to start.

It is possible your coach has not yet had a chance of contacting you. If you want to find out or need help in getting a hold of your team's contacts, then this should assist you in that process.

Coaches: Find your coaching staff
This is for coaches to quickly find their coaching staff and division coordinator. Please contact your staff before Coaches' Night and make sure one of you will attend.
Soccer season 2008 is well on its way!!
About 650 boys and girls born between 1992 and 2004 have registered!!
 
  
      
Volunteers are needed!!
We need your help to make this organization a continued success. If you are a parent or just simply a person wanting to commit some of your time to our kids, please consider volunteering.  As always, coaches are needed!! Some immediate positions require volunteers: Division Coordinator for G92-96, Equipment Committee and Field Committee
Please contact a club officer if you are interested or want to know more about it.
 
Mark your calendar....
  • Registration dates:  May 14th and 15th, 2008  from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM  at VMS respectively
  • Coaches meeting:  August 6th, 2008 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Coaches training:  August 7th, 2008 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Soccer practices:  Set by coaches, but no sooner than August 9th, 2008
  • Concession Stand Assignments: Coaches must submit these by August 18th, 2008
  • League's first game:  August 23rd, 2008
  • Pictures:  September 16th-17th, 2008 at the Vestal High School.  Teams will be assigned a time and day.
  • League's last game:  October 25th, 2008
 VRYSA is affiliated with the New York State West Soccer Association, the U.S. Youth Soccer Association (USYSA) and U.S. Soccer.
